is one of the premier commercial litigation boutiques in Houston. Since its inception in 1990, it has handled a variety of large commercial cases in Texas and throughout the United States at both the trial and appellate levels. The firm limits its practice to commercial litigation with a focus on intellectual property disputes. Each year, A&C handles a relatively select and small number of cases. Often times, these cases are handled on a standard hourly basis; however, some are handled on a contingent fee or non-standard fee basis, depending on the needs and desires of the client. By keeping its size small and its focus narrow and limiting its practice to commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property litigation, A&C has the flexibility to adapt to its clients' needs, instead of requiring the client to adapt to the firm's requirements.

David K. Anderson, the firm's founding member, is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both civil trial and civil appellate law.
